Biography

 As a founding partner of Grapp Lerash, Kaleb brings a passion for client service and does so with a “whatever it takes” mantra. Kaleb is a statewide leader in Michigan’s cannabis industry, providing guidance to state regulators, clients and other industry stakeholders such as software and technology companies.

Kaleb has developed a unique skill set centered around compliance auditing with a focus on internal controls and financial reporting. As a leader in the Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency’s Annual Financial Statement (AFS) reporting, Kaleb advises other clients in all aspects of the industry, as well as other practitioners looking to develop cannabis compliance as a service offering.

Kaleb graduated from Saginaw Valley State University and prior to founding Grapp Lerash, he spent time with a Top 25 accounting firm in their compliance auditing group. Prior to that, he practiced with a regional accounting firm that specialized in health care and federal compliance auditing.
