Kaleb is a founding partner of Grapp Lerash and a driving force behind its unconventional, impact-driven approach to accounting and advisory services.  Known for his deep client commitment and strategic mindset, Kaleb leads with focus, passion, and a “find-a-way” mentality that complements the Firm’s culture. 

A recognized expert in Michigan’s Cannabis industry, Kaleb advises regulators, operators, and industry stakeholders on compliance, controls, and financial reporting. He is the leading voice in the State’s annual financial statement reporting landscape and regularly supports other firms with compliance. 

Kaleb’s background spans controls, financial reporting, and audit reporting. Before founding Grapp Lerash, Kaleb honed his skills at a top 30 national firm and a regional firm specializing in healthcare and federal compliance auditing.  He is a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University.
